The Methodology · Sellah's signature framework

The Et
Framework

Your body already moves through four seasons every month. The Et Framework maps the four phases of your cycle (menstruation, follicular, ovulation, luteal) to how you create, launch, and rest. You stop fighting your biology, and start building with it.

Et · the appointed season

Your body is not the obstacle. It is the map.

Hustle culture was built around a 24-hour cycle that was never yours. Across roughly 28 days, your energy, focus, and voice rise and fall by design, and each season is good for different work. When you plan with that rhythm instead of against it, you do more, with less burnout.

"To everything there is a season, and a time (et) for every purpose", Ecclesiastes 3:1. The same God who built seasons into creation built them into the female body (Genesis 1:27). Your cycle is not a flaw to fix. It is a map to follow.

The Four Seasons · one month

Build with your
body's rhythm

Each phase of your cycle carries a different energy, and a different kind of work it was made for. Here is what to do, and when.

SELAH DAYS 1–5 CHOKHMAH DAYS 6–13 ESHET CHAYIL DAYS 14–17 CHESED DAYS 18–28 עֵת The Sacred Cycle
SelahDays 1–5 · Menstruation

Lowest energy, clearest inner voice. The season to rest, release, and dream the vision, your most honest writing comes from here.

ChokhmahDays 6–13 · Follicular

Energy rises with estrogen. Creativity and ideas peak, the season to plan, create, and write the vision plain.

Eshet ChayilDays 14–17 · Ovulation

Peak energy, confidence, and magnetism. The window to launch, sell, pitch, go live, and make the ask.

ChesedDays 18–28 · Luteal

Energy winds down, discernment sharpens. The season to finish, refine, tend the details, and trust the strong no's.

Beyond the month

Every woman has a season

The cycle is the heartbeat, but the Et Framework holds the bigger seasons of a woman's life, too, and it makes room for every body.

Pregnancy & postpartum

A long Selah and a slow return. The framework helps you build gently, protect your energy, and re-enter on your own timeline, not the world's.

Perimenopause & menopause

A graduation, not a loss. As the monthly tide quiets, you move into a steadier, wiser season: the Zakenah years of clarity, authority, and legacy.

Irregular, PCOS & no cycle

You are not left out. If your cycle is irregular, paused, or gone, follow the moon's four phases or simply name your own seasons. The rhythm still holds.

"To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven."

everything

The Et Framework isn't a single lesson. It runs through every room in Sellah.
